Hey everyone since it's that time of year again here is my list of my top 10 Favorite Christmas Specials and Movies.

1.The Smurfs Christmas special (1982) This is one of the smurf Christmas specials that comes on Boomerang during the Christmas season so here is the plot,It is Christmas time in the Smurf Village, and they are happily preparing for the holiday celebration, hanging of wreaths, stockings, and Christmas ornaments on the big tree in the middle of the village. Harmony is practicing his horn solo, but Smurfette, Grouchy, Greedy, and Brainy Smurf don't want to hear him play it. Trying to find somebody who will listen to his music, Harmony plays for Lazy while he's sleeping and dumps a pile of snow on top of him. Jokey is busy loading up a sled with his Christmas "surprises" for every Smurf, but when Harmony tries to play his solo for him, one of them erupts in his hand. Papa Smurf watches his little Smurfs working together with their Christmas preparations, saying that this could be the best celebration they will ever have.

Out in the forest, an old man is riding in a sleigh with his two grandchildren, William and Guinevere, telling them about Santa Claus, who brings children presents every Christmas Eve. Meanwhile, in his castle, Gargamel groans  about how miserable Christmas is, knowing that the Smurfs are spreading their love and good cheer on that day. As Azrael accidentally knocks over a stack of books, Gargamel finds one of them opened to a page about "Mother's Old Recipe for Making Life Miserable" and believes it could be the perfect way to destroy the Smurfs. Unfortunately for him, the recipe backfires on him as soon as he adds its last ingredient.

Back in the village, Brainy catches Greedy sneaking a taste of the smurfberry pudding and goes on nagging endlessly to him until Papa Smurf gets him to stop. Then he tells him that the pudding isn't complete until they add the final ingredient - the last walnut. Unfortunately, Greedy has eaten that, so Papa Smurf tells him that he will go get another one from a squirrel.

Out in the forest, the grandfather and the two children are happily singing "Jingle Bells" when they are attacked by a fierce wolf, with a man in a purple cloak watching. While the Smurfs are busy getting another walnut from the squirrel in the forest, the children seek out help for their grandfather, who is buried underneath the wrecked sleigh. They come across Gargamel's castle and ask him if he could help rescue him. He asks them if they have any money, and when they say no, he slams the door in their faces. William sobs, seeing that he is so mean, and Guinevere consoles him, saying they will go find someone else to help them. In a chateau near a human village, a man inside fusses that his niece and nephew should have arrived hours ago and tells one of his servants to organize a search party immediately.

In Gargamel's castle, he is paid a visit by the cloaked man seen earlier, saying that he will give him the power to destroy the Smurfs, but all he wants in return is the two children lost in the forest. When he asks him why, he answers that he wants revenge on their uncle who by his good nature would meddle in his affairs. He offers him a scroll that will tell him how to find the Smurf Village and what he should do when he gets there, but he won't give it to him until he finds the children first. As Gargamel goes out into the forest to find the children, he comes across their uncle who is also out looking for them. He asks him if he's seen them, saying that their grandfather is all right, and is offering ten gold coins for their safe return. This makes him happy, seeing that he can get a reward for finding the children and get his hands on the Smurfs. After the uncle and his team of men depart, Gargamel and Azrael continue on their way.

Near a tree, William and Guinevere huddle close together to keep themselves warm and to comfort one another so that they wouldn't be scared being all alone in the forest. She sings "Silent Night", which attracts the attention of both the wolves and the Smurfs who were just passing through on their way home. However, the wolves find them first and are ready to attack when Papa Smurf intervenes, warning them that the children are their friends. William thinks that Papa Smurf is Santa Claus, and after the wolves depart, Guinevere tells him and the other Smurfs about their grandfather. He tells Hefty, Brainy, and Clumsy to find the grandfather's sleigh, then tells Smurfette to go back to the village to get help for the children. He stays with them, finding himself a little uncomfortable answering William's question if he was Santa Claus,(He never told them who he really was).

Hefty, Brainy, and Clumsy find the overturned sleigh, but they see no trace of the grandfather who was buried underneath it. Clumsy spots a message nailed to the sleigh, which was left by the children's Uncle Edgar, telling them that their grandfather is all right, so Hefty, Brainy, and Clumsy return to tell Papa Smurf.

As Gargamel continues his search for the children in the forest, they are being cared for by the Smurfs in the village as they allow them to eat the smurfberry pudding, which makes Greedy mournful that he hasn't had one bite of. Papa Smurf offers the kids presents in addition to his hospitality. Hefty, Brainy, and Clumsy show up, telling him and the children that they have found the sleigh and the note left from their uncle. Papa Smurf then leads the Smurfs into a song that they sing every Christmas, "Goodness Makes the Badness Go Away", which the children also sing along to. Returning to the spot of the wrecked sleigh with the children in high spirits, Papa Smurf tells them that they're going to need a huge signal fire. But then Gargamel drops in and kidnaps the children. Smurfette wonders what he wants with the children, and Papa Smurf says that he doesn't know, but the evil wizard is up to no good and that they must go after him.

In Gargamel's castle, the stranger again shows up, asking about the children, which Gargamel then turns over to him. The Smurfs watch from a window as the evil wizard makes the exchange for the promised scroll, with Papa Smurf noticing something about the stranger. Gargamel is so happy to get the scroll with which he can destroy the Smurfs that he immediately heads for the Smurf Village as the stranger takes the children away. Vanity wonders what they are going to do about their village, but Papa Smurf tells him that rescuing the children from the stranger comes first. Upon reaching the village, however, Gargamel is disappointed to find out that there are no Smurfs left in it, but he decides to go ahead with reciting the incantation on the scroll. As it is said, things in the village wither away until everything in it is left in ruins. After the scroll vaporizes, Gargamel cackles in glee, seeing that the Smurfs will be hungry, homeless, and miserable this year, then he goes back into the forest to collect his ten pieces of gold.

Meeting with Edgar and his men at the wrecked sleigh, Gargamel is asked about the welfare of the children, and he answers that he has seen the man with the purple cloak take them away. Edgar sets off to find him, but when Gargamel asks about the payment, he answers he will pay him only when the children are found. Then the stranger shows up, telling Gargamel that a contract is a contract and that he has broken his part of it. He is rather fearful when the stranger says he will now come with him, and when he and Azrael back away from him, they find a tree behind them has been turned into a bunch of snakes by him, forcing them to surrender.
The Smurfs sing "Goodness Makes the Badness Go Away" in order to save the children and even Gargamel,LOL!
Tracker leads the Smurfs onto a trail of human tracks and cat paw prints that were made in the snow, which means that the stranger now has the children as well as Gargamel and Azrael in his clutches. In an open barren field, he is ready to take his captives on what he calls "their final journey" and surrounds them with a ring of fire to prevent their escape while he summons a portal that will take them all back to his home. The scene is so frightful that even Gargamel is on his knees begging for mercy. The Smurfs, who have found the ritual starting, wonder what they can do to combat such evil. Papa Smurf says there is one power that can overcome it, the power of love, and so he directs his little Smurfs into singing "Goodness Makes the Badness Go Away", singing it loudly enough so that the children could hear and sing along. The stranger is getting upset by the singing and warns the Smurfs that they're dealing with a power they know nothing about. But the singing continues, which makes the flames surrounding the captives grow higher, and even Gargamel is forced to sing along with the Smurfs. Eventually this overpowers the stranger to the point where he and his wall of fire disappear.

As the Smurfs cheer for the victory they have over the stranger, William and Guinevere hear their uncle and grandfather calling for them. They turn to see that their grandfather is all right and safe, riding in their uncle's sleigh. Gargamel demands for his payment, saying that he helped rescue them, which William refutes by saying that he was mean to them. However, Guinevere says not to hurt him because Christmas is a time for forgiving, even the likes of him. After Gargamel fearfully departs, William and Guinevere tell their uncle that they have met Santa Claus, which makes him laugh in wonder. As they ride off, the children wave goodbye to the Smurfs whom they see are hiding on a precipice.

Upon their return to the village, the Smurfs are all huddled around outside in blankets, looking at the devastation that was left behind by Gargamel. Papa Smurf says that while they don't have all the nice things about Christmas or even the comfort of warm beds, what they do have is each other, which most of them can agree with. Harmony offers to play his solo, and as he does, something miraculous happens: the tree lights up, fully restored, and so does the village. Papa Smurf is not sure how that could happen, but he is sure that anything can happen on Christmas.

2.The Smurfs:Baby's First Christmas (1983) this Christmas-themed episode aired in the show's third season,Here is the plot to this one.

On a white wintry day in the Smurf Village, Papa Smurf announces that this Christmas will be very special because it is Baby Smurf's first Christmas. As Hefty encourages his fellow Smurfs to make this Christmas one that Baby will remember, Papa Smurf tells the blue infant about how Christmas is the time the Smurfs celebrate with music (as Harmony tries to play along with the Smurfs playing the Smurf song with bells), food (as Brainy and Clumsy get stuck together pulling smurfberry taffy), and by gathering mistletoe from the Great Oak Tree. Papa Smurf shows what mistletoe is used for by kissing Baby Smurf while holding up a sprig. Grouchy says, "I hate kissing"...but then he holds up some mistletoe and sneaks Smurfette a kiss. Baby Smurf then sees that the mistletoe is also used for decorating the village, with Tailor showing a bunch of red and green diapers hanging on clotheslines that would really put Baby in the Christmas spirit all season long. Dreamy sits high on a hill overlooking the village and sighs, saying that this is the time of the year when the whole world is filled with love and holiday cheer.

Meanwhile, Gargamel is writing a letter to jolly old Nicholas the toymaker and gift bringer, asking him to bring six Smurfs for Christmas. He tells Azrael that he writes the same letters year after year, but he knows that someday Nicholas will answer one of them. As he goes outside to send off his letter, Gargamel finds a present outside his door, saying that every year he gets the same kind of present from the Smurfs, and that this time he's not going to fall for it. But as he tries to kick away the present, it explodes, causing Gargamel to lose one of his shoes. He is in tears hoping for Nicholas to fulfill his wish this Christmas.

In another castle, Chlorhydris the evil witch rants and raves about Mr. Nicholas spreading joy and cheer every Christmas, which makes her sick to death of hearing as she hates love. As she pulls a cord and descends into the hellish depths of her castle, she plans to give Nicholas a gift of her own -- the kiss of hate.

At this time, Nicholas in his home sings "Deck the Halls" while reading his Christmas list, which as he notices seems to be getting longer year after year. As he continues to work on getting all his presents ready for delivery to the children, a small puppy moans and scratches on the door outside. He happily receives the small visitor who licks his face and takes him inside to care for him.

In a small home, a young boy in rags named Eric is watching over his mother lying sick in her bed, who wishes that her son could have a nice Christmas like his friends, but regrets that the only thing she could give him this year is a little bit of bread. Eric consoles his mother by saying that at least they have each other, which is all that matters. While his mother sleeps, Eric writes a letter to Mr. Nicholas, saying that he needs nothing, only for his mother to be well.

As the Smurfs are out picking more mistletoe, they see Chlorhydris riding in a carriage. They hide and watch as she summons her driver Reeves to climb a tree and get a bit of mistletoe. Papa Smurf wonders what Chlorhydris wants with mistletoe, as it is normally a symbol of love, the very thing she hates, so the Smurfs hitch a ride on the carriage as it takes off again so they could investigate.

Nicholas takes some time to sit by the fire and read the letters that he has received. The first one is from Gargamel, who is asking for a Smurf, despite that which makes Nicholas wonder why he keeps asking the same thing every year when he doesn't even know what a Smurf is. Chlorhydris then shows up at his front door, claiming she's a new neighbor come to bring holiday cheer. As she holds up the mistletoe sprig and kisses him, his cheery demeanor changes to a mean spirit who ends up kicking the little puppy outside his door. Chlorhydris is pleased that her kiss of hate worked, but then the mistletoe shrivels up, and she goes back into her carriage to return to her castle, laughing as she now sees that there will be no presents for the children this year or any year.

While Gargamel prepares for receiving his Christmas presents, the Smurfs who were watching what happened at Nicholas' door come out of hiding to examine the shriveled mistletoe sprig. Papa Smurf sees that Chlorhydris has put a spell on the mistletoe, which means that it has been used for evil, and that this kind of spell has taken away Nicholas' love. Tailor asks Papa Smurf if he could give Nicholas his love back, but Papa Smurf says that he couldn't, because love must come from within his own heart. As Nicholas goes off to bed to sleep through Christmas, the Smurfs look through his window and wonder who's going to finish the toys and deliver them. Papa Smurf asks his little Smurfs if they're willing to give up their Christmas to finish the job, and they say that they will, that they won't let a mean witch ruin anybody's Christmas.

During Nicholas' resting, the Smurfs sneak into his workshop and complete the abandoned work, with Papa Smurf reading the list and most of his little Smurfs painting and assembling the toys, with Greedy doing the icing work on the cookies. Soon everything is complete and all the requests have been answered, with the Smurfs letting out a sigh of relief. As Tailor goes into the closet to get some wrapping paper, a pile of letters falls out, which makes Papa Smurf realize that they still have more work to do. But then Nicholas wakes up and asks the little imps who they are. As the other Smurfs run and hide, Papa Smurf tells them that Nicholas is under an evil spell, which he denies, and then explains to Nicholas who they were and what they were doing in his house. Nicholas goes to his living room and lets the Smurfs finish the job he has abandoned, saying that he washes his hands clean of doing anything for Christmas.

A while later, the toys are finished and loaded unto the sleigh, and Papa Smurf is at the reins ready to get the reindeer going so that he and his little Smurfs can deliver the presents. But the reindeer refuse to go anywhere without Nicholas controlling them, which means that Chlorhydris has succeeded in her plan to stop Christmas from coming, which makes Baby Smurf cry. Meanwhile, Eric's mother has her son blow out the candle as they prepare for a good night's sleep, with Eric hoping that Nicholas would answer his request. And Gargamel, in his preparation for sleep, is already imagining the Christmas dinner he and Azrael will have with Smurfs as the main course, as long as Nicholas makes good on delivering the Smurfs he has asked for. Finally, Chlorhydris blows out the candles in her bedroom as she settles down for a restful sleep, knowing that this Christmas will truly be merry for her.

The Smurfs finally confront Nicholas to tell him that the reindeer can't go anywhere without him, but Nicholas tells the Smurfs it's their problem now. Smurfette scolds Nicholas for his selfishness, saying that he started the tradition and it's up to him to keep it going. As Nicholas pounds his chair, insisting that he isn't going to do anything, one last letter falls out of the closet. The puppy delivers it to Nicholas, who then finds out that it's from Eric Norton, the poorest boy in town, and all he's asking for is his mother to get well. Nicholas wants to help the boy, but he doesn't feel like he used to. Then Baby Smurf sneaks up to him and starts playing around in Nicholas' beard until he kisses him, which restores Nicholas' cheerful spirit.

The Smurfs cheer at this development, but now they face the problem of getting the presents delivered, and Nicholas now sees that his team of reindeer won't be able to finish by Christmas morning. But then Baby Smurf waves his hands, and soon Nicholas and the Smurfs see that the reindeer and the sleigh are both flying. The old toymaker is amazed by this miracle, and soon he and the Smurfs are now taking to the sky to make sure the children get their presents.

By Christmas morning, Eric wakes up to find a Christmas tree, a Christmas dinner, and a Christmas present in the form of a little puppy all waiting for him, and calls his mother awake to share the exciting news. Eric's mother enters the room, and Eric sees that she is out of bed and walking. She says that she feels so happy that she's now healthy again, which makes Eric also happy that this is the best Christmas.

Meanwhile, Chlorhydris is out for a morning ride with her driver, waiting to see the result of the mayhem she has caused, and spots Eric Norton's house. She tells Reeves to pull over so she could see what this child's Christmas would be like without Nicholas. But instead, she sees Eric and his mother dancing for joy, which makes her realize that Nicholas has broken her spell and vow that she will get revenge eventually. At Gargamel's hovel, the evil wizard looks at his stockings to see what Nicholas has left him, and finds nothing except for a wind-up mouse that Azrael chases around on the floor.

Back in the Smurf Village, the Village Smurphony Orchestra plays while the Smurfs dance around the Christmas tree, happy that Baby Smurf's first Christmas has turned out to be (in Painter's words) magnifique. Handy, however, wonders how Nicholas' reindeer were able to fly, and all Papa Smurf could say is that it's something that will forever remain a mystery.

3.The Nightmare Before Christmas as Many of you know I love this movie I've seen it like 15 times,The 15th time I saw this movie it was on Mtv so I'm gonna skip the plot on this one and go to the next one.

4.Billy and Mandy Save Christmas now this is one of the best Billy and Mandy specials ever made, here is the plot of the special,It's Christmas in Endsville, and Billy dragged Grim and Mandy to see Santa Claus at the Endsville mall. When they get there, they find out it isn't really Santa, but Mr. Skarr instead,Mandy tells Billy that there really isn't any Santa,So Grim goes to the north pole to prove it to Mandy. But when they get there, they have a much bigger problem on their hands Santa Claus has been bitten by a vampire, and the must find the head vampire to return him to normal. But the head vampire isn't what they were looking for. So Mandy, Grim and their new ally, the head vampire, Baron Von Ghoulish, went to eliminate the Head Head-Vampire, Mrs. Claus.

5.The Smurfs:A Christmas Carol this was the first smurf cartoon in years it was made two years ago around the same year as the first film came out and it was released when the first movie came out on DVD and Blu-Ray and it's my favorite version of A Christmas Carol so now here's the plot In the story as Papa Smurf and some other Smurfs go through the village singing Christmas carols, they notice that Grouchy's house is the only Smurf house that hasn't been decorated. They go to visit Grouchy to find out what's wrong with him, and he tells them that he hates Christmas, slamming the door in their faces (and dumping a pile of snow on Brainy). Papa Smurf goes to his laboratory to create something that will hopefully help Grouchy regain the Christmas spirit that he seems to have lost. Soon a blue glowing ball of light travels through the village and enters into Grouchy's house, where it strikes him and causes him to fall asleep, also causing the lights in his house to go out.
When he lights the candles to see again, Grouchy first notices that he appears more like a cartoon drawing. Then he sees Smurfette appear in his house flying around, saying that she is the Smurf of Christmas Past, and she is here to show him how he used to be during the holidays, how he was so happy. But then she shows him how the years went by and every Christmas Grouchy got more and more disappointed because all he wanted was a hang glider and instead the only thing he got was another Smurf hat. The final blow came when Jokey showed up with a present in the shape of a hang glider for Grouchy, but when he opened it, all it turned out to be was another of his fellow Smurf's "surprises". Frustrated by his not being listened to, Grouchy throws his actual gift on the ground and storms off, saying "I hate hats!"

The next Smurf to appear is Brainy, who calls himself the Smurf of Christmas Present, whose purpose is to show Grouchy what effect his refusal to participate in the celebration of Christmas would cause. As the scene unfolds, after Chef Smurf has brought out the decorations for the Christmas tree, Clumsy sees that Grouchy isn't present to put the star on the tree and so decides to do the honors himself. However, as Clumsy approaches the tree, he trips and falls on a box of ornaments, creating a chain effect that ultimately results in the Christmas tree being burned to a crisp. Then Grouchy is taken to Papa Smurf's house where he sees that the village leader has personally made each Smurf's own hat for a Christmas present. Papa Smurf mentions about making a special hat for Grouchy that he's sure his little Smurf is going to love, which makes Grouchy feel a bit guilty for not appreciating what Papa Smurf has done for him.
Then the third and final Smurf to appear is Hefty, who calls himself the Smurf of Christmas Future, whose purpose is to show Grouchy what his actions will cause. He then sees that the village is empty and desolate, that there is no Smurf left in it. He finds out that the Smurfs have went out into the forest on Christmas Day to get a new tree in the hopes that it would help Grouchy get his Christmas spirit back, and that they have never returned. He goes out to the West Forest, where the Smurf of Christmas Future says the other Smurfs have gone to, and discovers that they have been captured by Gargamel, including Papa Smurf when he went out to find them. Then the Smurf of Christmas Future disappears, only for the evil wizard and his cat Azrael to show up to chase Grouchy around the laboratory. Grouchy tries to avoid them for as long as possible, but the bookshelf that he ends up standing upon collapses, and he finds himself falling into the fiery liquids of the cauldron...

And then in an instant, Grouchy is back in his house, realizing that the whole thing was a dream, and that since it's still only Christmas Eve, he has a chance to change things. Upon Christmas morning, the Smurfs wake up to find Grouchy be the first Smurf to be up and about making the final preparations. He admits to how selfish he has been wanting Christmas to be all about what he wanted to get and not seeing that it's about being around a family that cares for him. Happy to see his little Smurf learn his lesson, Papa Smurf gives Grouchy his Christmas present first, which Grouchy wholeheartedly accepts. Then after Grouchy has put the star on the tree, he discovers that his Smurf hat was made for gliding, as he leaps from the middle of the ladder and the hat expands into the form of a parachute. He glides his way down to the bottom of the tree, only to land right into a snow Smurf, which makes him complain about the things he hates, but the one thing he hates most of all is that Christmas only comes once a year.

6.Tis the season to be Smurfy (1987) This Smurf Christmas special has The Smurflings,Grandpa Smurf and Wild Smurf (Same year Wild first appeared) So anyway here is the plot it all starts as Puppy pulls a sled that has a Christmas tree and some Smurfs riding along on it to the Smurf Village, where most of the Smurfs are busy getting into the holiday spirit by stringing up decorations and putting ornaments on the tree while singing a Christmas variation of the Smurf song. Wild and Chitter peek out from behind a barrel and watch the Smurflings pass by him, eager to hang up some decorations. He is confused at first, but then decides to join in on the fun. Brainy has Wild string up some tinsel along the Smurf houses, but he ends up using the tinsel to swing around until he lands out of control into a snow-Smurf that Baby and Painter were working on. Nat asks Wild if he's in the village to help the Smurfs decorate while he rings a Christmas bell. Wild takes the Christmas bell and wears it on his head for a hat. Brainy tells Nat that Wild wouldn't know a bell from a bonnet as he takes the bell away from Wild. He then climbs up through the tree to meet Smurfette as she asks him the same question that Nat asked, but he suddenly slips back down and knocks down some ball ornaments, which makes Vanity get all upset.

Papa Smurf comes along to tell his little Smurfs that they shouldn't expect Wild to already know what Christmas is all about because this is his first Christmas. Smurfette then takes Wild by the hand to show him what Christmas is about: singing, dancing, and lots of presents, some of which Jokey is in the process of wrapping. Wild takes a bit of Christmas ribbon that Jokey is using and wraps Brainy up in it, all tied up with a pretty bow. Greedy shows up with a tray of smurfberry candy canes that he eats one of while the rest get knocked off the tray by Clumsy and fall onto the branches of the Christmas tree. Papa Smurf then adds that there's a special spirit of giving and sharing that comes around the time of Christmas, and it's not just for Smurfs. He takes one of the wrapped gifts which he says is for Homnibus and tells his little Smurfs that when he returns, they can all share gifts with each other. Brainy asks why they couldn't open their presents now, and Papa Smurf answers that Grandpa Smurf and Sassette haven't yet returned, and that Grandpa Smurf is giving his gift to Sassette a little early.

At that moment, those two Smurfs are witnessing a Christmas celebration going on in a human village with minstrels playing, jugglers juggling, and marketers selling gifts and food. One of the apples that's being used for juggling falls to the ground near where Grandpa Smurf and Sassette are hiding as they observe all the activity. The young Smurfling is amazed by all the toys the humans get to play with, as she sees a marketer playing around with a puppet he has created. Sassette asks Grandpa Smurf if she could get a closer look, and Grandpa allows her to do so as long as she is careful not to let herself be seen. As they both cross the street, somebody has peered out of the alley he was in, also looking at all the Christmas activity but thinking about people's purses being full of gold. He sees a target nearby and goes into action, unaware that a young Smurfling is watching him pickpocket a rich customer. His victim then notices that his money is gone while the thief makes a run for it, but then Grandpa throws the apple at the thief, knocking the money bag out of his hand. The victim spots the thief as he disappears into the crowd without the money bag. Sassette hugs Grandpa Smurf, glad that he has stopped a theft, though Grandpa says he has wasted a pretty tasty apple.

The puppetmaker is frustrated that nobody is buying his toys and so packs up his gear and starts moving his wagon down the street. Just then a boy stops him, who is interested in the old man's puppets. He is pleased that the boy likes his toys and offers one of them to the boy as a gift. But then the boy's father calls out his name, Hans, scolding the young boy for consorting with poor people and throwing away the toy that was given to him, saying that he will buy his son finer toys than that. The puppetmaker watches sadly, as do Sassette and Grandpa Smurf, as the carriage that the boy and his father ride off in crushes his toy underneath its wheels.

Sassette and Grandpa Smurf follow the puppetmaker, who is referred to as Gustav, as he makes his way back home to meet with the doctor who is watching over his wife Elise. The doctor gives Gustav grave news, telling him that her spirit is very weak. He says it is possible that the Christmas holiday will brighten her mood, but the rest of his words trail off, indicating that this holiday may be her last. After the doctor leaves, Gustav shows his wife the puppet he has made for her. She smiles as the puppet reminds her of a Christmas long ago, with children laughing and people singing. But her smile fades when she realizes the condition she is in, and though Gustav tries to encourage her with tales of "Christmas elves" making wishes comes true, she says it will take more than that to make it a merry Christmas. As Gustav leaves his wife to rest, wishing he could find some way to brighten her spirits, Sassette asks Grandpa Smurf if there's something they can do to help the couple. Grandpa believes that they can, and soon they depart to find that way before Gustav notices that he had tiny watchers through his window.

Meanwhile, back in the village, Smurfette notices that Wild is standing underneath the mistletoe and gives him a kiss, which gives him that warm glowing feeling inside. Sassette and Grandpa Smurf arrive to get help from the other Smurfs, but they are too busy with Christmas preparations of their own to bother with other things. Fortunately, Wild comes along to offer whatever help he can, bringing along a sled pulled by Chitter so the two Smurfs can deliver their sacks of presents to the humans who need them more than their fellow Smurfs. Papa Smurf arrives a little later on to find out that Grandpa Smurf and Sassette have gone off to the human village to help a sick elderly couple. Brainy wonders why those two Smurfs would spend their Christmas doing that, and Papa Smurf reminds them of what Christmas is truly all about, which is helping those who are less fortunate. The Smurfs in the village realize how selfish and preoccupied they became with preparing for their own Christmas and soon turn to making preparations for the Christmas of an elderly couple that they intend to save. As for how to get all those things to the couple's house, they have Puppy pulling the sled, which starts to go off without Brainy joining them.

As for Grandpa, Sassette, and Wild, the journey gets tougher as they are now beset with a heavy blizzard which slows them down. They soon hear the ringing of a Christmas bell coming from behind them, which makes Sassette think it's Santa Claus...only for Puppy to show up licking their faces. Santa, who turns out to be Papa Smurf, tells the traveling Smurfs he thought they needed a little company this Christmas, and soon they are riding with the rest of the Smurfs on Puppy's sled, with Chitter licking Brainy's face as the squirrel rides in the back with Brainy and Wild.

That night, Elise calls her husband Gustav to bed as he puts out the fire in his hearth, hoping that tomorrow morning his wife will be stronger. After the lights dim in their house as well as in all others, the thief seen earlier comes out of hiding to ply his trade once again on the rich folks going home with their gold. The Smurfs arrive in the human village that they must pass through in order to get to the elderly couple's house. Papa Smurf has Puppy take them through an alleyway so that they wouldn't be seen. At the same time, however, Hans' father decides to take the alleyway as a shortcut home, carrying gifts for his son. The thief watches the father as he passes by, then sneaks up to him and grabs his bag of gold. The father, noticing that his bag is gone, calls out, "Stop, thief", which is heard by the Smurfs as they also are passing through. They knock over the father and his pile of gifts, one of which knocks Brainy and Hefty off the sled. Hefty spots the thief and gives chase after him while Brainy finds himself contending with a vicious rat. Hefty then comes to Brainy's rescue by tying the rat's tail to a hook and calling for his friend to jump down, getting out of the alleyway as the rat is kept from chasing after them.

The Smurfs reach the elderly couple's house only to find out that they have gone to bed, so Papa Smurf says they will leave them a Christmas present for morning. Soon the Smurfs are setting up their Christmas tree and their decorations inside the couple's house, with Painter painting pictures and Wild and Smurfette stringing up tinsel and wreaths on the rafters. Papa Smurf is so pleased with his little Smurfs' efforts that he tells them they should hurry home before the humans awake. However, Clumsy causes a little accident that makes some noise, waking up Gustav from his sleep to see "elves" running around inside his house. Elise doesn't believe him until he takes her out of the bedroom to see for herself. She is so amazed that these "elves" have gone through so much trouble even with hanging a star on a Christmas tree that she and Gustav couldn't believe it. Sassette says that he must believe, and so the Smurfs sing a song about Christmas being a time for sharing and caring. Elise feels her spirit getting stronger and says to Gustav that maybe Christmas wishes do come true.

Outside, Hefty and Brainy catch up to the thief and found his hideout. They sneak in and watch him count up the money he has stolen. Brainy asks Hefty what they are going to do now, and Hefty says he will think of something. Then they hear Grandpa Smurf singing the song from the elderly couple's house, which Brainy nearly blurts out before Hefty muffles him, but the thief is soon distracted by voices and goes to find out who's there. Brainy and Hefty try to make a run for it, but they bump into a barrel and cause more rattling which startles the thief even more. Then suddenly Hefty's shadow appears upon the wall, which makes the thief think he's being visited by an evil spirit. Hefty plays along with this idea, saying that he's not evil but the thief is. Brainy joins Hefty as his shadow is also cast upon the wall to further shame the thief for his evil acts upon people during Christmas. As the Smurfs' song to the elderly couple again plays, the thief begins to have second thoughts about what he's doing with the stolen gold.

Meanwhile, Hans' father brings guards with him to track down the thief and find that his money bag is now at the doorstep of Gustav the puppetmaker. Inside the house, Gustav gives Sassette one of his puppets as a gift to thank the Smurfs for the Christmas they have given him and Elise. But a door knock later, that Christmas almost comes to ruin as Hans' father sees the well-decorated house that he assumes came from the stolen gold and has Gustav arrested. Elise tries to come to her husband's defense by saying that it was elves that decorated her house, but neither Hans' father nor the guards believe her. Papa Smurf, who is now in hiding along with the other Smurfs, says they will have to show themselves in order to prove Gustav's innocence. Instead, the thief shows up and confesses that he was the one who stole the gold as he returns it to its rightful owner. As the guards apprehend the thief, the Smurfs leave the house in preparation for returning home to the Smurf Village. While Hans' mother keeps Elise company, wondering how she managed to decorate her house so well, Hans' father decides that he will not press charges against the thief since he got his gold back.

Upon their return to the village, Papa Smurf and Grandpa Smurf notice that Wild is having fun playing with Sassette's new toy puppet, with Papa Smurf saying that this will be one Christmas Wild will never forget. Brainy decides it is time to share his gifts to his fellow Smurfs, which happen to be a few dozen leftover copies of his Yuletide Quotations something that the other Smurfs respond to by pelting Brainy with snowballs.

7.Invader Zim:The Most Horrible X-mas Ever I remember seeing this special back when I was in third grade and this was the last Invader Zim episode ever made so here is the story to this one as well,This episode begins two million years in the future, in which a robotic snowman named Mr. Sludgey is telling children the story of the "most horrible Christmas ever". It all started when Zim, GIR and Minimoose were on the streets trying to make monies... with no luck. All they receive is a beating heart and a tuna sandwich. Eventually, however, the alien notices that fat men in red coats and white beards are "stealing all his money".
He captures one and, upon interrogating his victim, learns the story of Santa Claus. Amazed by the incredible amount of power Santa has over the humans, Zim orders his computer to drain the Mall Santa's brain. As the Christmas-y knowledge in the human's brain flashes on a screen before Zim's eyes, he begins to cackle maniacally as he formulates his next, foolproof plan to destroy the humans. After learning the amount of influence Santa has over humanity, Zim decides to create a Santa suit that he can use in order to masquerade as Santa. Dib figures out Zim's scheme and heads out to stop him in order to not only save Christmas, but to save the entire human race as well.
Unfortunately, "Santa" has the blind worship of every human on Earth (save Professor Membrane, who has a grudge against Santa). Gathering the human race at the North Pole, Zim uses his Kringle-y influence to introduce a new Christmas tradition: the Yuletide "Helping Santa build a giant teleporter capable of sending all humans to their doom." However, Dib appears and confronts Zim in front of everybody, trying to expose him as a fraud. Of course, the humans treat Dib with their usual contempt, Zim has him dragged away to the "Jingle Jail". Dib escapes from his prison on Zim's ship and disguises himself as one of Zim's robot elves. Zim, not realizing that the elf is actually Dib, starts venting with him in the room. Zim explains that he is using the Santa suit to trick humanity into building a teleporter that will take them to the Tallest for enslavement.

However, the suit Zim is wearing is starting to take over his body, because it actually thinks it is Santa. This malfunctioning, Zim says, is brought on by prolonged exposure to "anything Christmasy", as is demonstrated seconds later when GIR sings Christmas carols. As Zim struggles to regain control, Dib attempts to take advantage of his enemy's distraction, and strikes Zim from behind with a candy cane. Unfortunately, this results in Dib finally being exposed; Zim decides to put him in the "extra-strong" Jingle Jail, before dropping him out of the ship and onto a sinking chunk of ice after Dib question why he didn't just put him in there beforehand.
Almost immediately, Dib calls Gaz for help. She initially refuses, but quickly comes to "rescue" her brother in Tak's Ship, after he confesses that he decapitated her beloved Bitey the Vampire doll. On the flight back to the North Pole, Dib contacts his dad, who, for once, gives his son permission to use all of his anti-Santa arsenal.
Armed with a giant robot suit, Dib confronts Zim again at the North Pole, where the teleporter is complete. Unfortunately for both Zim and Dib, the Santa suit has taken full control over the alien, and Dib is forced to battle it. In the end, Dib's robot suit defeats it, Zim is freed from the suit, and the mutated Santa monster is launched into space. But it's not a happy ending; Zim, dressed as the Easter Platypus, convinces the human race that Dib killed Santa and they all tackle him.
With the story ended, we go back to Mr. Sludgy talking to the kids, and he explains to them that Santa is in fact not dead, but is in space gathering strength to attack the Earth every Christmas, and that is why they live in a protective dome.

8.Family Guy:Road to the north pole This is the second Chritmas Special of Family guy and one of the Road to episodes involving Stewie and Brain going on an adventure so anyway here is the plot Brian takes Stewie to the mall, only to get a rude brush-off from Santa. As a result, Stewie vows to kill Santa for blowing him off and forces Brian to take him to the North Pole. Attempting to trick Stewie, he brings him to a Santa's Village amusement park. Soon discovering the charade, Stewie threatens to shoot Brian if he does not take him to the real North Pole. Stewie hitches a ride with a trucker and so Brian follows him all the way to Canada. On the way, Stewie accidentally causes a traffic pileup by discharging a flare pistol in the cab of the truck, which catches fire and explodes. Crashing his car in a chain reaction, Brian becomes angry and tells Stewie that Santa does not exist. Stewie becomes frustrated and continues to attempt to hitchhike. The pair then encounter a Canadian who gives them his snowmobile.
Continuing north, they soon run out of gas, but receive help from the Aurora Boreanaz, who instructs them to stay at a nearby cabin. The two survive the night in the cabin and set out on foot the next morning. They finally make it to Santa's workshop, only to find a dark, gloomy factory in a dreary, polluted, lifeless wasteland, Santa a sickly and somewhat psychopathic old man, the elves horribly inbred and mutated from Santa's attempt to keep up with the increasing toy demands year after year, and the reindeer carnivorous feral monsters that eat the elves who wandered out into the snow to die of exhaustion. Santa suddenly collapses and is too sick to deliver the presents. Brian and Stewie agree to do it, only to waste time at their first stop and leave after being discovered by a family whom they later kill and the reindeer having eaten each other.
On Christmas morning, everybody wakes up to find no presents under their trees. They turn on the news, broadcasting the same story. Brian and Stewie appear on the broadcast and bring the dying Santa out in a wheelchair, explaining that humanity's greed is killing him and if they don't shorten their demands to one Christmas present a year, they may have to give up Christmas all together. Chastened, everyone agrees and by one year later, Santa recovers, the workshop is once again a lively, colorful Christmassy cottage and the elves and reindeer have all rejuvenated.

9.A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas:This one was the first Family Guy Christmas special aired back in 2001 during the show's third season so this episode involves Lois signing Stewie up to star as the baby Jesus in a nativity scene during the Quahog Christmas pageant. Although Stewie initially resists, he eventually plays along in hopes of pleasing Santa, whom he believes is omnipotent and thereby can supply him with plutonium.
After Lois repeatedly reminds Peter to donate a present to charity, he mistakenly donates all of the family's Christmas gifts to a needy kids' charity. Lois seems unfazed by the mistake, but insists that the entire family shop for new presents at the mall. Peter reluctantly agrees, although he only wants to watch Kiss Saves Santa on television; Brian stays behind to keep an eye on the turkey cooking in the oven. While at the mall, Peter finds a pair of barrettes that Meg wanted and ends up chasing down an old lady to a pet fish store called "Age of Aquariums", where the old lady throws fish food on him and all the fish jump on him while the old lady escapes.
Meanwhile at the Griffin house, an ember shoots onto the family rug from the fireplace. While Brian tries to deal with this crisis, the overcooked turkey begins to burn. Brian finds a fire extinguisher, but to his dismay, it is merely a novelty item filled with plastic snakes, which, upon being released into the fire, promptly explode and make it worse. After using the real fire extinguisher, he slips on the foam from it and the TV falls on top of him. Afterwards the interior of the house is destroyed; Brian escapes, but with his paws burnt hairless. Amazingly, Lois maintains a cheerful attitude, saying that they just need to clean up a bit; but when Meg tells her that they are out of paper towels, Lois finally snaps, in a parody of the "wire hangers" scene from Mommie Dearest. She screams at the family about how difficult it is to ensure that Christmas happens without a hitch, then runs from the ruined house on a rampage (Meg then ironically finds some paper towels mere seconds after Lois' rampage).
Lois storms throughout the town, berating people for their ridiculous Christmas optimism. Lois also pushes George Bailey off a bridge in the scene from It's a Wonderful Life. Then, on the way to town square, she melts Frosty the Snowman. When Lois reaches the town square, she begins to climb the huge Christmas tree there, bent on destroying the ornamental star on top. The rest of the family arrives and Stewie, eager to perform a good deed to earn Santa's grace, performs an extemporaneous monologue about Jesus and the meaning of Christmas. Lois, watching Stewie, regains her sanity and begins to descend the tree; but Peter, who feels Lois still does not get it, orders the police to shoot her with a tranquilizer dart.
The next morning at Christmas, the family has gathered in the charred living room, happily opening their presents; Stewie gets his plutonium, Peter gets a new VCR and his own copy of Kiss Saves Santa, Brian gets at what first appears to be a wine bottle, but actually turns out to be a book of some type, and Lois, as Peter would put it, is as cheerful as ever, despite still being heavily sedated, sitting limply in a rocking chair and drooling. In the closing scene, the Griffins wishes everyone a Merry Christmas (though Lois is still too numb to speak clearly).

10.Bump in the Night:Twas the Night before Bumpy Not very people remember this show If any of you have never seen this 90's stop-motion animation cartoon from the 90's here is what the show is about the show originally aired back in 1994 on ABC as part of there Saturday Morning cartoon line-up it lasted 1994-1995 with a third unaired season the show is about the adventures of Mr. Bumpy (Voiced by Jim Cummings), a small green monster living under the bed of a 10 year old boy, and his friends Squishington (Voiced by Rob Paulsen), a blue monster that lives in the bathroom's toilet tank, and Miss Molly Coddle (Voiced by Gail Matthius  ), the comfort doll who belongs to the boy's little sister.
The series lasted for two seasons, and concluded with a 90 minute long Christmas Special (Don't worry were getting to it here in a minute)The format of a usual episode included two cartoons and a "Karaoke Cafe" segment where the characters sung a song about the episodes' lesson.
Toon Disney aired re-runs of it (Which is how I remember it) in the late 90's and early 2000's.
Now on to the Christmas Special The story begins on Christmas Eve. Mr Bumpy has laid some traps in the living room to try and catch Santa so he can steal his bag of toys. Squishy comes looking for Bumpy and trips all the traps, and only narrowly espaces being eaten by the Closet Monster. He only escape because Bumpy gives the monster a gift from under the tree, a nice neck tie (Even though Bumpy meant to give him a box of nitro glycerine) Bumpy and Squishy go find Molly who is helping prepare Squishy’s Annual Christmas Pageant. Squishy apologizes to Bumpy about wrecking his trap, and admits he’d love to take a peek inside of Santa’s bag, because he wants a pair of feet for Christmas so that he has something to attach tap shoes to. It has been Squishy’s lifelong dream to be a tap dancer, a dream squashed by the fact that he has no feet. Bumpy and Squishy decide that instead of waiting for Santa to come to them, they will go to the North Pole to steal the bag. They leave Molly in charge of the pageant, and head off on their journey.

After walking for hours, they seem to have ended up in South America, having gone the wrong way. They are captured by an earthworm, who just happens to be a general. Bumpy tells the worm that if he digs them a tunnel to the North Pole, Bumpy will give him a pair of robotic arms to make his commanding an army a whole lot easier. The worm agrees and they are on their way. Somehow they end up at Stonehenge, and an elderly hummingbird almost eats the general, but instead she knocks over one of the pillars and crushes him. She tells Bumpy that she needs to keep moving because there is no food for her here, and she needs to eat to fly, and needs to fly to eat. Bumpy tells her that if she will fly them to the North Pole, he will give her a jet pack so she doesn’t have to fly everywhere, and therefore won’t always be so hungry. She agrees, and off they go. Right as they arrive, she tries to eat Squishy because she is so hungry, and Bumpy and Squishy jump away from her and fall to the ground. They have arrived at Santa’s home, only to find that it is a fortress guarded by an army of snowmen and a squadron of elves! How will they get inside?
At this point we cut back to Molly at home. She is used to always being kind and supportive, but now the cast of the pageant is pushing her around, and she loses it. She becomes super bossy and pushes everyone as hard as she can to try and make the show perfect.

Back at the North Pole, to sneak inside,Bumpy and Squishy dress up as a snowman and almost make it through the front door, only to be stopped by some elves. They jump out of their costume and run inside, with snowmen and elves hot on their trail. Through some miracle, they find a trap door that takes them down to the basement, where Santa’s bag is. Just as they are about the enter the bag chamber, they are surrounded. Squishy stays behind so that Bumpy can go grab the bag, and Bumpy makes a run for it. The bag room scene is like a fun spoof of Raiders of The Lost Ark, with trap doors and booby traps, and even a rolling Santa boulder! Bumpy runs out of there with the bag and escapes the boulder just in time. With no time to spare, he hijacks Santa’s Sleigh and tries to escape. The elves and snowmen are opening fire, and Squishy makes it out just in time to grab on the back of the sleigh while Bumpy takes off. Bumpy is overjoyed now that he has the bag and doesn’t have to share with anyone, because he never planned to give the general or the hummingbird their gifts all along. However, the bag has sprung a leak, and now on his way back home, Bumpy is actually dropping hundreds of presents down chimneys without even noticing. Along the way the worm gets his arms, the bird gets her jetpack, and children all over the world get their presents as well.
Bumpy and Squishy finally make it home, and crash land in on the pageant. Presents go flying, and everyone there gets their presents, leaving only one final present in the bag. Bumpy snatches it up, only to be confronted by Squishy, who is upset that Bumpy broke his promise. Bumpy points out that Squishy did all the brave and daring things that night without feet, so why would he need them anyways? Squishy agrees that he doesn’t need feet for those things, but still needs them to tap dance. Bumpy feels guilty, and gives Squishy the last present, which just so happens to be tap shoe noisemakers! Squishy doesn’t need feet after all to be a great tap dancer, as he proves with his new gift.
Molly is at the end of her rope, and tells Bumpy he needs to sing his song for the finale of the pageant. He gets up and regales them all with a song about the lesson he learned this Christmas, that sometimes it just feels great to be selfless and give other people presents, rather than have them all for yourself, which would make everyone else sad. Molly is touched by the song and realizes how mean she was being, and goes off crying, revealing the only thing she really wanted for Christmas was a hug from everyone. They all decide to forgive her because they were being mean and rude to her, and they all go give her a big hug. Everyone has received a gift now, save for Bumpy, when suddenly the Closet Monster appears again. He gives Bumpy a very special present: a limited edition smelly sock, and Bumpy is overjoyed!

So that's all I have to say folks Have a Merry Christmas.

I think I will make another favorite specials this year. I made one last year, but I must make a new one.
